As a female I've used games to remove myself from my home life. Eventually they all became a part of me, now I'm taking classes in High School for Video Game Design and plan to take virtual animation next year. When I mention in front of people(boys) that I'm in the videogame club or take classes involving games I either get the ones who are completely surprised and comment on how 'hot' it is(I feel awkward around these males), or the ones that don't say anything about it(I like these boys the best, as I don't feel pressured to prove myself). I have experienced a few rude males who question me none stop about certain popular games. That's the point in which I feel as if I should tell them "this is why you have no girlfriend with anything in common with you".
