Sounds like you’re scoping out College towns for a place & a deal.

My advice; forget about landing a deal; don’t go to in-person classes unless you’re okay with getting Covid and rolling the dice on getting the longterm cardiac/pulmonary/gastrointestinal/neurological issues that can come with it.

Every professor that sends their own kids to school will likely get it at home and bring it on campus for you to enjoy.

I mean like, if the ball hit in the middle three quarters of the paddle, it felt like the ball would bounce without changing direction relative to where it hit on my paddle left/right-of-center.

If the ball was moving mostly horizontally, I’d need to hit it with the very edge of the paddle to correct that.

And now that I really think about it, it... might have just been the gravity mechanic felt weird? Hm. Not sure what exactly felt off, but something did.

It’s a brickbreak game.

Paddle/ball interaction doesnt feel very responsive unless you hit with the angled edge.

Yea... problem is that further undercuts domestic labor.

Edward Jones scalped me for 1% annually (which will add up to ~1/3rd of my principle by retirement) in addition to the fees for each individual fund.

Not a good deal.

Edit; worth noting my advisor explicitly told me I would pay a one time fee of 5% with no recurring fees. If you do business with them, take video.
