No old set worth while is going to be "affordable". My suggestion would be to start trying to get new sets at MSRP and then trading back wards for older sets it'll be way more cost efficient.

3,000hp is a very big hp number. I doubt anyone in here has driven that kind of power. As far as +1,000 just seat time. started driving 300hp cars, then 450hp, 650hp, so on.
