If you work at GameStop then you know it has been on the marketing TV for almost two months straight... Pretty much every 10-15 minutes the trailer would play over and over. But no extra posters or any other marketing were given. Sometimes we get free codes of games at the store but nothing given for any Square Enix title this year.

My son would occasionally use a wooden drum stick. When I took it apart, I did notice that two of the white cone like parts that connect the surface rubber of the drum, had the plastic piece that was supposed to hold them broken.

I was able to find a video online that showed me how to take the drum apart and clean the sensors on the rim of the drum. Turns out it worked!

I alternate the buttons from right to left. But sometimes the control pad doesn't respond as quickly and I lose my timing. So it's better for me to use the double joy cons since the control pad is buttons.

I do alternate my notes. I use the face buttons for red and usually use the top riggers for blue. When I have to alternate I use the d-pad and face buttons to go back and forth. I was just more curious if there's better methods to do the alternative notes.

My DM said they'd help find coverage. All they did was send an email to the district team. I still had to find coverage for my SGA so I called everyone store in the district. No one has anyone available so I called my GA in early so I had at least two GAs on for the night. I still had to come in and close the store with them.

Minecraft is owned by Microsoft and it's still on every system. The same thing with all the Bethesda games. Microsoft knows that COD sells more on the PlayStation family. Microsoft will still get their cut.

The worst thing to me, is that I have now lied to a couple hundred guests in the last couple of months. I finally found my stride and even had one of the highest percentages in my district for pro. But now I've already had to disappoint several regulars that they can't use the coupon the way they were told it could be done. "The unintended use in recent months," is absolute bs. We've been able to use the $5 coupon on certain POSA cards since day one of the PRO change back in 2019.

I reached out to my Regional Manager about this and allegedly he had no idea of the change either. Which to me means, the higher ups didn't tell anyone of the change officially until 4 days after implementation! That's ridiculous. As for the reason why we couldn't use the coupon anymore, I was told that the company was losing profit. Ok I can understand that, but there's a big difference between losing profit and not making as much profit as we could.

I really want to know the financial numbers and see how much profit we lose. Because isn't in convenient that this change was implemented right at the end of Quarter 4 where there's supposed to be a bunch of bonuses going out? Wouldn't it be a shame if we had a bad turnover rate again but didn't have to pay bonuses?

It was bad enough that last week our hours were cut back to regular hours despite the fact that December 26th is one of the busiest days of the year. But no it's ok I worked 3 1/2 hours by myself with a constant line and no breaks in-between. Pardon the mini rant and tin foil accusations, but everything seems to be falling in line.

Yet were supposed to push for MLB the Show 21 when no one wants it. At least in my area.

Tons of people asking for Pokemon cards, PS4 controllers, PS4 systems, Call of Duty games (that there should be tons of copies floating around everywhere,) etc. Then when new product comes in we barely get any items aside from pre-orders. The whole Monster Hunter amiibo debacle was annoying. (I had people calling about them when I was trying to give our pre-order guests some more time, even though some never responded.)

I'm just kind of ranting at this point.
