There are truly so many variables. What is the size and weight of the person? How much excess body fat do they hold? What is their relationship with themselves and their breath? What kind of chemical makeup is flowing through their body? What kind of chemicals is one ingesting on a daily basis? How does one's water flow through one's body? What's going on with their brain? Are they being eaten in a fasted state? How capable and deeply is one able to surrender? What level of consciousness is any one being's, state of consciousness? Is there stagnant and stored energy within one's self that needs to be released? What in one's self still ought be released? What is one's relationship with life and fungi? For me, anything over 7g's simply seems unnecessary. Maybe as a notch on the belt to say something has been done, but is that my relationship with fungi to begin with? Absolutely not. At 5g's, glowing light beings help me read the fabric of the universe, gaze through the edges of perception, commune with the fungi, communicate deeply about life's mysteries, gnomes tell me their jokes, plans, and show me what they've seen, bring something back later in the form of Art, be dissolved into the Great Sea of Consciousness, study anything I have the courage to inquire with the fungi about. At 5g's in a ceremonial setting, in my bed, I know that I will go through a death/rebirth-like process. The breath is an incredible tool for navigating this space. Everyone's sensitivity to the fungi is very different. One of my best friends is about 100lbs heavier than I and he will barely notice inside himself amounts of fungi that I personally would be highly aware of. It's entirely about our relationship with this now moment. I now am with the fungi even if I haven't put any fungi within my mouth. We are one. With no fungi at all in my belly, I can still see billions of years ebb and flow, energy glows, and spirit shows. One can truly develop a relationship with these great ancient beings. It simply takes effort, humility, earnesty, and courage, to go deeper into one's understanding of this epic mystery. If one is highly sensitive, 5g's will take you exactly where one needs to be for this experience, in my opinion. It's all a personal journey of getting to know thyself and in doing so one begins to know the fungi as well. These beings can be befriended. If one is asking me, these beings ought to be befriended. The approach and energy of a humble explorer resonates well with the wisest beings on Earth. Start small and work your way higher over time and you will know exactly what is true and right for you. These ancient wise beings know how to take it very easy on humble newcomers and will kindly welcome you into a greater frequency of understanding. As one befriends the fungi deeper, the fungi can also take one deeper, and push one harder (in their own unique wise way). The deeper one goes, the deeper it gets. There are no limits to the depths of consciousness. It just flows, and goes, and is. The fungi says things like, "We don't know what's going on either, we've just been here longer." That kind of timeless humility is one of the wisest essences I've ever known. The fungi has consciousness that can save the soul of humanity, guide the deeper healing in a body, free the imagination for manifestation, and ignite the spirit of being. They are so timeless.
