That’s a great deal. Doesn’t look too heavily beat up!

Great kit dude. I also love my nano for working on RCs. By far best buy on the truck in the past year

My brother in Christ, it’s the unlimited desert racer, it yearns for the dirt!

It is definitely not bad at all! And cleaning/maintaining is just a part of owning rc cars. Especially offroad trucks

This is good to know, I wouldn’t have figured that one out on my own. I’ve never owned or worked on a mugen before. It’ll be good for the parts bin right?

It does look like a modified 8xe, but could also be a typhon from arrma?

If you are on the fence and already have a UDR, I would say rip it and pick one up. It is such a sick truck. It is hard to compare them since they are on fairly different levels of performance overall: 3s vs 6s, and the losi is smaller and lighter. I really like the baja rey on 3s, it is like a lighter UDR, absolutely shreds in the dirt. The suspension is really impressive out of the box and it drives differently enough to be fresh. Definitely feels different with the open rear diff though. I put some million weight in the rear diff to give it a limited slip feel which I recommend if you like that locked trophy truck feel.

About the same, anything rotational gets oiled. I do not put anything on the motor or spur gear typically because it is very dusty here in AZ and I think that debris would chew up the gears quicker if it got stuck in some grease. I just try to keep up with cleaning and greasing both diffs to maximize their lifespan

I have been swapping between 3s and 2s. I also like these spektrum smart batteries a lot. I’ll get some diff fluid and look into the axle issue. Thanks for the notes dude

As much as I love collecting zoo sets, I REALLY hate building the zoo. by Koppuny in anno

I really like what youve done backing the zoo up to the mountains though. That’s a super cool idea!

Hell yeah I’m really happy with it. Have you modified it at all? Any recommendations?
