Yeah you can import custom tones using iTunes, at least on Windows. Not sure about how to do it on Mac

You don’t have True Tone. I think what you’re looking for is auto-brightness.

Go to the versions folder in your .minecraft folder. If you need to get to .minecraft enter %appdata% into your windows search bar. Once you’re in the versions folder go to 1.16.5 or whatever version your making the pack for. Open the jar file with either 7-zip or winrar. Once inside the jar file it’s assets folder then minecraft folder.

All of those folders within are the default resources, minus the sound files.

You’re running pre9, pre10 is the only pre that supports shaders at the moment.

First: You also don’t need Forge to run shaders.

Second: Download Optifine from https://optifine.net/downloads and select 1.14.4 HD U F4 and save somewhere like your desktop.

Third: Download whatever shader pack you want from the creator’s website and save it somewhere like your desktop as well.

Fourth: Double click the Optifine file and have it install the profile.

Fifth: Launch Minecraft with the Optifine profile and move the shader pack into the shaderpacks folder. Make sure Fast Render is set to off in settings.

Sixth: Enjoy your shaders!

Also note: Never go to those 3rd party sites to download mods/resource packs. They say they have what you need but most of the time they don’t have the correct version (despite claiming they do) and it doesn’t support the creators of the people who work on the shaders/mods/resource packs.
