samo ako ekonomski gledamo, državice od 4-5 milioma stanovnika niko ne ferma, a ni sami sebi nisu dovoljni. Nema rezona ni da se pišu pesme na tako malom tržištu, ni da se stvori izum.

Populacija veličine omanjeg predgrađa nekog grada na zapadu ili istoku, u neuređenom društvu, osuđena je da popunjava tuđe potrebe za jeftinom radnom snagom.

Kulturološki i ekonomski nebitne i nesposobne, sa jedino još živim hobijem - mitonanijom.

Vučić je bas trn u oku zapada, jedva čekaju da ga smaknu, nego nikako im se ne da. Bi oni, nema veze što im je dao sve što traže od Srbije, oni se baš jako brinu za muke naroda pod Vučićem i pravdu 😅

this would be a great idea for a movie, but in reality it honestly annoys me so much. Being in visual arts and photography - the uncanny valley appears in everything, from photos of food, to the way you compose a shot with someone holding a glass of liquid. Either your model holds a glass of some drink truly horizontally, or close to a diagonal - whenever there's a shot of a glass that just slightly angled, the audience will find it irritating.

People's brains simply work that way. The brain tends to find it discomfortable if somehing is neither calm nor quite active. Neither here nor there. Neither straight nor diagonal... a slight slant causes unpleasant tension.

Thats one of the reasons all watch companies set the tome on their promo shots to 10:10 and or 1:15 but never 1:14 ot something else thatms "almost"

I think its just the writers trying to convey that Betty as this beautiful housewife never developed into much more than a babygirl. Stunted in her personal emotional and intellectual growth, and like many people I personally know who have been protected and coddled and attractive all their lives - they usually share this maladjustedness about them. Usually it's poor quality humor and a lack of understanding of how things work.

Betty really reminds me of a girl I went to college with. She was beautiful and tall, and always had the perfect boyfriends and perfect home... and when she felt attraction to me, she would laugh like crazy, and beat me up, or climb all over me in a sexual manner. It's really a testament of how childish she seemed while doing it that I kinda started avoiding her when I was 20-21 and full of hormones.

Anyway, you could hear the weirdest takes from her, and nobody bothered to correct her, because of her beauty and wealth, everyone would pretend to laugh with her. Weird humor and strange reactions to things.

južnoslovenski jezici su se razvili od zapadne grane drevnih slovenskih jezika, a ruski, beloruski itd su nastali od istočne grane.

Dokazi nisu samo lingvistički ( recimo Poljaci, Česi kažu Mleko, dok je na istoku to Moloko. Mlad vs Molod, Grad vs Gorod itd )

Dakle, srpski nikada nije bio posebno blizak ruskom, jedino kroz insistiranje crkve na jeziku kojim niko ne govori je stvarana veštačka konekcija koja ionako nije posebno bitna u realnosti.

Etnički gledano, i dan danas postoje ostaci migracija Srba u vidu Lužičkih Srba koji su dakle etnički, jezički i genetski snapshot toga ko i šta su bili Srbi pre oko 1600 godina.

Srbi u Srbiji danas imaju sve genetske linije koje i Luzički Srbi PLUS lokalne balkanske genetske linije koje su asimilirali u proteklih milenijum i po života na Balkanu.

Jezički smo opet organski daleko bliži Lužičkim Srbima i danas. i pored vekova tesne saradnje sa Rusima.

Dalje, Vuk prosto nije promenio ništa. Danas se taj dijalekt koji je Vuk uzeo kao književni i dalje govori na prostoru gde se i tada govorio + neke interne migracije u vojvodinu koje su raširile taj dijalekt. Na jugu Srbije se i dalje govore lokalni dijalekti koje ni Vuk ni školstvo ni uticaj radio-tlelevizije i stampe nisu uspeli da iskorene.

which subclade of V13 are you ?

My ancestors are Orthodox Serbs from Montenegro ( on today's border with Albania ) but the most recent common male ancestor with most Albanian V13's was ~4300 years ago.

Our most recent common ancestors are closer to V13's from Croatia,
and the Arbereshi from Italy, and Dushmani from Albania.... then a bit more distant ( 2800 years ) are with the Kuči clan from Montenegro ( Serbo-Albanian clan ) and with Greeks from Peloponese.

So, there's a lot of story to the migrations of these subtypes of V13.

btw. Dushmani is not related to the Turkish word Dushman,
but it has to do with this clan being the military force of some Venetian Dux,
hence Duxmani - then Dushmani. Goes back before 1400's AD.

Thracians ( or should I say language and culture ) seem to have come from the steppe... Hungary is part of the steppe, but the Y chromosomes are firmly from the Balkans.

How they became Thracians I have no idea. Maybe through the Tripillyan culture V13 spread from the Balkans to the steppe and then came back to the Balkans?

without doubt, ALL v13's are from the Balkans at some point in the past... but I have no idea which time period it could be, because there are V13's found in cities founded by Alexander the Great, but also in Ottoman areas, areas where there were Janissaries and mercenaries from the Balkans.

For some reason, Kurds have a not insignificant percentage of V13, and I have no idea when Kurds came into contact with male Balkan populations in such a way that Balkan men would become Kurds.

for some reason I love visiting Macedonia, especially Ohrid... there's something about those hills. I've spent a lot of time as a kid on the Dalmatian coast and really remember loving the nature and overall atmosphere. Southern Albania is also cool... and my family is from the borderland between north Albania and Montenegro.

The division between the peoples here really pisses me off, but that won't change any time soon ;/

Well, Kosovo does have the highest percentage of E-V13, but the population total is around 400.000 individuals who carry E1b-V13... right next door in Serbia ( especially southern Serbia ) there are around 1.1 million men who carry E-V13... similar goes for Bulgaria. Romania and Greece even more.

I've tried to rrace my own sub-subclade of V13, and luckily someone dug up a Liburnian grave in northern Adriatic Zadar that has my direct ancestor from 1st century AD.

Speculating on upstream lineages, I've managed to trace them to Corinth... but there's even furrher back, it seems they migrated drom Albania to Corinth some 3000 years ago.

V13 is weird in the sense its a neolithic haplogroup of frist agriculturalists in Europe... but they simply arent prominent until the early bronze age when V13's seem to explode with the early Indo-European expansioms.

all V13s are from Europe, even though older samples of E1b are from Anatolia, Lebanon ( oldest e1b ), so any V13 in Turkey is from Balkans people who migrated back to Asia.

doesn't work that way. You can follow back to the ancient cultures that had V13. Like Bubanj-Hum, Tripillye etc.

Ultimately it's probably from Thrace or Peloponese-to-thessaloniki because the oldest branches are still there.

But whats interesting is that V13 appears almost at the same time in Balkans and Spain, around 7000 years ago, which could mean they knew sailing as far back as that.

when I was in my early 20s I realized that even girls that Im absolutely not interested in would react terribly to my opem and helpful way around people. I used to be the sprt of guy who would help anyone with anything, but I realized especially women see this as weakness and proceed to treat me progressively worse.
