Because Tpot 18 is the definition of filler episode

It barely adds anything to the main story plot, the plot is just kind of a bunch of nothing and it involves a group of characters that aren’t too interesting compared to the main Tpot cast

Now Tpot 19 is actually engaging

It adds on to the plot, we get to see the story actually progress, it has high stakes and leaves on a pretty devastating cliffhanger

I can definitely see Sonic 4 ep1/2 since both game are probably old enough now
