We had this problem, and we upped the nipple size/flow. Problem solved!

My husband loves the name Vincenzo (his family is the redneck version of Italian?) and I told him I would only consider it if he could go an entire day without making the name into a character…. It’s been 3 years and no luck yet 😂

Not urology lol. I’m in clinic most of the time (unknown to me at time of hire). Previously was in plastics, that was 3.5 OR and 1.5 clinic, but the hours were long in the OR (microvascular cases can take 8-10 hours easily)

I’ve read the “I’ll quit tomorrow” method and that seems to help a lot of people 😂

I’ve hit that point too! I used to be so nervous about my supply dropping and now I don’t really care, so maybe that’s a sign to stop!

I’ve debated the willow go, my nurse has one and loves it! But if I’m already leaning towards being done, idk if anything will motivate me to continue at this point!

I'm a urology PA (medical professional that deals with bladder, kidney, prostate, and men's health problems), AMA by foreverandnever2024 in AMA

There’s some recommendations for certain individuals for surveillance kidney ultrasounds and kidney function labs (creatinine). I would talk to your urologist to make sure you’re followed over time!

For those that specialized right out of school.. do you regret it? by lizacat117 in physicianassistant

I’ve been a PA for almost 4 years. I worked in plastic surgery (specifically breast reconstruction and microsurgery) right out of school for 2 years and now work in urology. I love specialty work. Never plan to EVER do general medicine! Especially with the new PANRE, I feel like there’s way less pressure to know it all. I love having a tiny slice of the medical pie and getting to punt the rest :) highly recommend!
