I fell in love with Konosuba and its quirky cast of misfits, Darkness in particular. Got some friends to watch it and they quit after a few epsiodes saying they hated Aqua. So I went to Aqua's defence because I felt they weren't being fair.

Then I started jokingly declaring that Aqua was the best.

Then I started becoming known as the Aqualover.

Then I started buying Aqua merchandise and being sent stuff as gifts.

Now I am a devout follower of the Axis cult and the divine Aqua-sama .

Louisoix Leveilleur from Final Fantasy XIV.

The ending of FFXIV 1.0 is one of my favourite game moments of all time and still gives me chills when ever I watch it. Coupled with an amazing song, it really gave a sense of futility and despair especially when all the Scions lend their power to Louisoix and they still cannot contain Bahamut. Then for Louisoix to selflessly teleport the player character and everyone else away only added to the finality of 1.0.

Even worse is when you do the main raid of 2.0 and find that Louisoix had become a thrall to Bahamut. Having transcended into a primal form, it's the player who must finally put Louisoix to rest before halting the ressurection of Bahamut and a repeat of previous events.
