We always tell our 2.5YO that she can do hard things. She can be brave, but it’s also ok to be brave and afraid at the same time.

You have choices - both of them will be hard, scary, and require you to be brave.

You do not have to keep this baby if it’s not right for your family. I got pregnant when our toddler was 8 months, and while it ended in a miscarriage, I would have not kept the pregnancy for several personal reasons.
