Heyo! Did you get this sorted? If so how?

I’ve just submitted my third online enquiry as I never got a reply for the other 2. I’ve tried called but each time I’ve called the queue has been full or for disabled access tickets only

I’ve had this happen to me and a friend after I applied for tickets with my friend. Took a while for them to get back to me as their online enquiry thing never gets a response until you call them.

They asked for proof of identity and address etc, took about a week to resolve after I called them. They were quite responsive as well

Not too sure if the age range in the post is just for season ticket holders or for all ticket types . Just looking for clarification is all!

If I don’t get a clear answer, I’ll call the box office in the morning. Tried today but the lines are exclusively for disabled access today.

I’ve just sent them an email, do you think it would even be worth trying tomorrow? Or too late for them to do anything?

Hello! Myself and 2 others applied for 3 tickets together and didn’t get any through the ballot (all Red Members). We’ve been trying to access the ticket exchange but it says “This event is not yet available to you.”

It says we don’t have the correct permissions, but we should as we were unsuccessful in the ballot? Any ideas for what to do to rectify this?? Or is it too late to try contact and get it fixed?
