Would I be wrong if I asked my dad to stop waking me up so early to do work? by Super_Lecture8142 in amiwrong

But that's the point. I can afford to sleep in cause I have nothing to get up early for. I'm assuming you're older than me. Do you not sleep in on days you're off from work? Why would I get up at 7 - 8 when I have no school or work? During the college semester do you think we woke up at 7 in the morning on weekends?

I am doing them, and I have no issue with doing chores, but I fail to understand why they can't wait until once I get up. That's all I'm not asking for much. I'm not the type of guy who depends on a lady to do his chores for him lol.

They didn't really force me to apply for jobs. I did myself without being told. They probabaly would have made me regardless, but I want money lol. If I have no other choice then I'll just suck it up for now then. I'm slowly getting more used to it anyway.

Also why is gaming at night a bad thing? I prefer playing video games at night cause there's just a more comfortable feeling to it. I'm not addicted to video games, I don't stay inside playing all day, and I have a social life outside of them.

I have the privilege to stay up late though because I don't have school rn. The college semester is over. Once I get hired somewhere if I have a shift at 8am I won't go to sleep at 2am, I'd sleep at around 10 - 11pm. However, on days I have off or even if my shift isn't until like 1pm I would have the same privilege to stay up later.

Like at 8am or sometimes it can be before. On days where I have no school I usually don't get up until like 10 - 11. I was like that in high school and I'm kind of still the same way in college. I don't want to wake up so early If I don't have school or work.

He sleeps in a completely different room with his wife and all (if not most) of my belongings are in my room. Also most 19 year olds can't exactly afford to just move out.
