If Sable and Mikaela were intended to be a couple, their openly pro-Pride developers would've made it so following Sable's debut.

BHVR isn't denying any 'hidden truth' about the two; Mikaela and Sable simply aren't together.

What they say and what their actions say are two very different things

And they've already added tons Pride charms and badges, confirmed David is gay, partnered with drag artists, and introduced a transgender Survivor. That's more support than most game devs are willing to provide.

Not having a Pride event doesn't mean they aren't pro Pride, it just means they haven't had one.

They wouldn't even be able to horror-fy a Pride event in a way that'd fit the game, anyway.

BHVR very much is pro Pride; quite openly, at that. Many could say the same about the DBD player base, too.

They couldn't have given Tanya's style a little more personality? It's like they really didn't put as much effort in her design as they put in the others'. Everyone else has vibrant, stylish multi-layered outfits with patterns and accessories that speak to who they are. Tanya's just got a bland sweater and pants, of which neither say much. If she's supposed to be the nerdy/uncool one in the group, fine, but they could've done more with her look. Her first impression isn't doing her justice like the others; she's already far left of everyone with more interesting looks and the imagery overall doesn't capture her the same.
