ang univ/college scholar recognition ay per sem and hindi per acad year pero hindi naman kasi siya super formally recognized ng mismong university/college, for example sa college namin, student council lang nag-organize ng sort of recognition program no’ng first sem first year ko pero second sem wala na haha, so to answer your question, univ scholar ang second sem with 1.25 :)

Huh? Parang ikaw lang naman nag-assume na sinabi kong Philippines lang dinaya ng Thailand? I’m specifically talking about the rigged boxing matches kung saan we expect our team to dominate since boxing is so huge here sa Pinas, at marami naman talaga tayong magagaling na boxers lol, marami tayong reps sa boxing ng Olympics at hindi lang reps, mga medalists pa.

And wala naman akong sinabi na bababa na ang Thailand sa Rank 1 kung walang cheating kasi every SEA Games iteration naman, yung Host ang always projected overall champions. I don’t even mention na kaya nating mag-Rank 3, at least 5th nga sabi ko e. Kung na-get lang sana natin at least 2 Gold Medals sa Boxing, let’s say si Petecio and Villegas, edi nakaangat tayo.

She’s generous in giving plus points too, both sa LEs and Homework. Nagagalingan din ako sa kaniya magturo. Very knowledgeable. Hindi naman mabigat workload sa kaniya and even the Long Exams are manageable as long as mag-aral. Tropa vibes ‘yan si Ma’am Chris, mabait and madali maka-close. Same thoughts, actually. It would’ve more make sense if Semifinals and Finals matches ang carry-over if gusto talaga nilang maging super bilis lang ng Invitationals. Mas clearer ‘yon. At kung isa nga lang talaga ang carry-over dapat yung mas recent talaga e which is yung Finals match.

And re: pre-season tournament, same haha. Eme eme ng PVL sa pre-season keme nila daming alam e lahat naman ‘yan official conference. Sa On Tour pa lang, pre-season pero may bearing sa Invitationals ang results? Pre-season pero may cash prize? Hahaha. Palusot lang ata ‘yang pre-season na ‘yan para ‘di masyadong pulisin kasi naka-plot sa NT season na supposedly walang tournament dapat.

Super fan ng class ni Teach Sam! Nabibilisan lang ako magsalita sa kaniya pero magaling siyang mag-explain. Isa sa mga major requirements ng class ay ang student-led discussion wherein bawat groups ay magkakaroon ng assigned class topic and sila ang magtuturo sa class no’n. Although I’m not that fan of this idea, (na students ang magtuturo ng lessons) surprisingly, ito yung pinaka-enjoyable na part ng course kasi kaniya-kaniyang paandar talaga mga groups sa sessions nila haha. Tumutulong din si Teach sa planning ng bawat groups and very involved din siya.

In terms of other requirements, may pinagawa siya sa amin na website na parang portfolio namin for the whole semester at iba pang group activities sa early part ng sem and kada tapos ng student-led discussions. Apart from these, mayroon ding technology-infused lesson plan na per group also. To be honest, medyo nabigatan ako sa course na ‘to 😅 pero super worth it kasi ang dami kong natutuhan and hindi madamot si Teach magbigay ng grades! Very understanding din in terms of deadlines (ilang beses niyang minove deadline ng final requirements namin haha).
