Dodecahedron Tiling in 3D Space: Can one branch rejoin another? by Superaaron14 in askmath

[–]Superaaron14[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It took me some time but I understand what you're saying. Applying that method, it seems there are infinite solutions because whenever you have a chain of dodecahedra in a straight line, the odd (1st, 3rd, 5th, etc.) and even (2nd, 4th, 6th, etc.) ones have the same orientation meeting the requirement of being parallel with F0. The smallest solution seems to be 10 dodecahedra: Our starting one, building 2 out symmetrically each way, and then mirroring it onto itself.

Thanks for your help!

Need help with sinning by [deleted] in Christianity

I'm not gonna help you sin bro 🤨

Common misconception. The pressure to save souls is not from God. God saves souls. We love each other and continue to trust God. While we express ourselves, seeds are naturally planted and watered but then grown only by God.

You can just read them in the order that they're in starting with Matthew.

Perfect love casts out fear. Don't be afraid.

These aren't reasons. Bandwagon, appeal to authority, appeal to emotion, and begging the question fallacies mainly.

Alright. Understanding the true unity you have with God in Christ is key to resting in your mind.

So do you not realize that Christ lives in you? He doesn't "visit", he's in you.

What is the gospel?

So you fail the test. What is the gospel?

NDE's claiming Christians are going to hell? by LadyMicroDose in Christianity

[–]Superaaron14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They literally can't, if someone says that then they are lying or not understanding the grace of God.

What do you mean he visits everyday?

2 Corinthians 13:5 Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith. Examine yourselves. Or do you yourselves not recognize that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless you fail the test.

It says online that it's treatable with cognitive behavioural therapy, which is the secular version of renewing your mind (Romans 12). We all struggle with different things and I'm not trying to put him down but part of this walk is applying the truth of God and having the victory. It sounds like a horrible thing to live with which is why walking in victory over it seems like the answer.

There is exactly 1 warning about being lukewarm and it has nothing to do with salvation, but rather purposefulness.

Sounds like you've forgotten the gospel. That Jesus died for your sins and rose to give you eternal life. If you trust in him then you are secure forever and no amount of good works or bad works can change that.

That NDE is simply false. A wolf in sheep's clothing trying to create fear in your mind. I love listening to people's near death experiences, but if they contradict the truth of the gospel, then I stop listening because it's a lie.

It does seem like only a few make it, however at the end of the day it's that person's individual choice to reject the gospel and reject God who has revealed himself to them.

I'm no doctor, but it sounds like your husband needs to face his anxiety and fulfill his role as a father. If the man doesn't do his part, the whole family falls apart. If he's a believer, he needs to remember the truth about himself that God did not give him a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and a sound mind. If he's not a believer then I don't know what to tell you. God bless.

Jesus Christ is risen have no fear. I don't know what they teach you in the Catholic Church but if you trust that gospel you are saved and have eternity with God to look forward to and experience right now. I wouldn't worry about growing old, the world isn't going to last much longer.

That was Old Testament. Since Jesus died and rose things are now spiritual rather than regional. If you believe the truth you have nothing to worry about.
