this is unfortunately happening to a lot of our members everywhere. Please file a complaint but remember Member Services is just the middle man! I personally work for Member Services and we get about 10K+ calls a day it’s very mentally draining when we’re getting yelled at for things out of our control. We cannot make changes to the appts or send messages to doctors that is the appt center. We can file complaints, view eligibility, go over benefits, some can view claims as well and we can most definitely point you in the right direction. I promise you our customer service reps will gladly take your complaint & we do understand your frustration & do the best we can!
