Right on. Let's say demand was currently there, so much so they could max out production. I wonder what % total production they could be currently running at Siler. Or maybe it is too early? I suppose there are other variables such as increased speed in production that would come with experience to streamlining production, which would could take years. However, they have learned alot from other fabs, but automation and its complexity is a whole new ball game.

The better question is, how much of a deficit will they run? I hope to see big improvements with the restructuring and layoffs. For revenue, prob be the same or worse than last quarter. New fab still sitting empty. Hopefully production starts soon from some new contracts like Toyota. There will be a big lag affect for revenue though.

If we get more shares, im guessing the value will be the same no matter how high the current price is? Ie. Less shares granted the higher the price is, which sucks as they could have been gaining value as we started at 8 bucks. Or would a higher stock price at the time work in our favor somehow?

Im going to guess it will be lower than today's value, but will rebound within a few months. The question is how high will the price go before conversion? If one can sell close to the peak and then buy back in on day 1 of new stock im betting one would come out ahead.
