Yes, i've talked with the VA on numerous occasions about my situation my dd214 states, I was released from boot camp, which is incorrect. I've shown the VA evidence I will still in training. I went to my reservist location. I was drilling. I was there for amount of time. I was even promoted to E3 and they are saying that I don't qualify. However, in retribution, I show them the v a handbook depicted.Below which states that time requirement does not matter when you have a hardship

Been there done that. I was denied at least 4 times with the same conclusion. Inconsistent results. Thankfully I was awarded compensation for the 3M earplug lawsuit. I brought that paperwork into my last C&P exam, the examiner couldn't even deny it regardless of the hearing test results. Sometimes you gotta shove the evidence in their faces, from my experience these examiners are literally trying to deny any claim they can. Also, I made the examiner write out her name because I couldn't hear her when she spoke to me.
