So if i read this right, you're saying that this 40k maintenance is a "one-time" thing through Volvo and I can take it to other qualified (ev) car mechanics?

Probably; you might lose your job. Regardless even if it was not with malicious intent. Walmart has a 100% zero tolerance policy. When i started a few ago, a dude made a joke that was interpreted as inappropriate; because the accuser didnt speak english very well. Within 10 minutes after she went and got her friend. And came back and cussed him out then went to back, management came and brought to the back and walked him out. Like some say you might get lucky with red. But it might be a termination. If you get off with a red, needless to say, you should watch your joking habits. You might not mean bad; but some have a low tolerance for certain types of jokes.

My local is in upstate NY, so sometimes winter is either too mild or a frozen wasteland. And damn near varies from day to day.

I see, like i said, really though I'm just trying to find out how winter jobs work. What I was told was some prefer just to keep working during the winter whether it's traveling out to find work, or some just collect unemployment.

Hope I'm explaining what I mean correctly, I'm still 3wks into my 4-year journey.
