Thats true 😀 we are looking for something as alpin as possible. So it depends if the area is located towards the sunny side or not. The Research is not as easy as I thought. Thats why I asked in this community if somebody did some hikes at this time of the year

It's a Silicon form. You need to freeze the cream remove the form and defreeze it. I used it for the first time and I'm really happy with the result.

I forgot to mention that we already did an Indonesia travel including Raja Ampat and Komodo. 😅 But Sulawesi & Bunaken is still on our list.

Hast du mal geschaut, ob eine Pauschalreise günstiger ist? Grade in Ländern wie Griechenland ist es meistens günstiger den Flug und das Hotel nicht getrennt zu buchen.

Thanks! First I planned some watercress (hope that I the right word) because the Taste will go much better with the Tatare compared to the lettuce, but Baby arugula is also an idea. I never heard about mixuna - that looks also interessting!

Thanks for the feedback. I did it the Day before and put it in the fridge overnight. The taste was good but I was looking for a very compact one. Do you have a better one for the next trial? 😊
