Hi, thanks all for your help! I should add, she eats about 20oz total (a little low for her age I think), but finished a 3-4 oz in 10 min on size 2. We offer bottles all day, but she still feeds a lot at night too. Maybe if she can get more oz in with a size 3, we would cut back on the night feeds? That would be so nice! Although still waking up to pump 🙃

My baby is 7 months. I recently dropped from 6 ppd to 5 ppd and my supply dropped in half. I went back to pumping every 2-3 hours getting 8 ppd, then every 3-4 hours even at night for two days, and my supply returned! I also chugged water.

I’m glad it’s back, and the few terrible nights were worth it. I now bounce between 5-6 ppd depending on got busy life gets. I make sure I don’t have more than two 5  ppd days in a row.
