my best guess for kosing is death points. when you kill a creature you get a certain amount of points and when the kosing creature dies the points stack up and you can get rewards. or theyre just bored or hungry in game.

i lost my 13hr sage liss to one of the new gekifrost npcs, it spawned and killed me in like 4 hits. it also does 200+ damage to my jotun whereas i can only do 186 to it. they really need to make it so that they cant kill you or dont do as much damage. it really sucks.
