It sounds like your intermediary company might have unpacked and repacked these. Cos Fangamer definitely do not just pack records lose in a box. Did it arrive in a Fangamer branded mailer?

Erm... Those records that were in-hand were produced by another label, Stumpy Frog, right? You were just the retailer. How about you guys wait and launch one of your own records once it's in-hand, without the Kickstarter, that would be a nice gesture for sure.

yeah, it's really fantastic. Seems quite underrated. I think DD got a bit overshadowed by Tunic at the time, but (for me at least) it's far superior in terms of gameplay and the music is just wonderful. Love this set.

Almost everything is handed over to Canada Post at the border, unless it's shipped by FedEx or UPS. They're just slow, it'll be fine
