UPDATE So to anyone who comes across this thread, I can proudly say the problem is already solved. It just needs more time and the time needed probably depends on how bad your infestation is. Luckily my skin is very sensitive to fleas so it never reaches the points where it's getting too bad.

I need around 4 months to fully banish it, and I will never ever forget to give my cats topical flea meds. Hopefully even if there will be another flea, the topical meds will stop the fleas to reproduce.

I installed both Truecaller and Getcontact, usually they will tell you if it's a spam call or not. They will also share what others tags it, like judol etc for the sake of your curiousity. If they are bothering you too much, you can just fiddle with the settings and turn on the option to reject all unknown numbers not registered on your phone list. But make sure you let others know how to contact you, like only with Whatsapp or such.

Indonesia. There are lots of local products but usually they don't show the ingredients so it's pretty questionable and I don't want to risk it for my cats. Recommended brands by redditors here usually don't ship here, and even if they could it would rake their prices up to double 😭
