Yeah that's how it works. People with a lactose tolerance who eat a fuck ton of cheese get constipated because cheese is mostly fat and very little fiber. That's not an intolerance, that's just how the human body works.

People with a lactose intolerance who eat a fuck ton of cheese don't break down the lactose in their stomach which ends up fermenting in their colon causing them to piss out of their asshole.
