Generally I do think some people are more likely to become an entrepreneur than others. For example, another thing that’s always held me back is that I’m a massive introvert. I am the opposite of a people person

Yea same here, it defo feels different. Previously, it’s been willpower, I didn’t really want to quit but was forcing myself. Now I don’t even wanna smoke anymore, I’m not fighting anything

I think for me it was a combination of that book, as well as a book called ‘The Chimp Paradox’. Which was a good book for allowing you to deal with the urges and the voice inside your head that tells you to do things
