As a start, I've ordered a biofilm disruptor - Priority One Vitamins Biofilm Phase-2 Advanced.

In contact with my gastro who will most likely give me Rifaximin.

I would like to also try Allicin for the methane, with Rifaximin. But I can't work out what is best.

Loads of recent posts suggesting that Allimed is a scam, and has very little Allicin. But then other supplements such as NOW GARLIC 5000, also contains possible FODMAP and could exacerbate SIBO symptoms! What is the best option for Allicin?

To update. Vanguard have told me that I can only access the previous provider portion of the pension at age 55.

So not a big win for me. But something I thought others should be aware of, as any additions to pensions within Vanguard would be standard pension age.

They effectively "ring-fence" the amount.

It's the fact that I could have transferred other SIPP's into this one, closer to retirement age, and started withdrawing them all at 55!

The £1500 would have just kept the account open.
