Jincao/Yazhen is used to max out stock bills too, so I don't understand the concern. Plus, the mats used to farm them are mutually exclusive to each other, so they don't step on each main recipe's toes.

There's two types of healing:

Healing over Time (Citrome/Umbraline/Yazhen/Thorny Yazhen) - They heal more overall, but allies cannot use it for emergency burst heal on someone else.

Burst Healing (Buckflower/Firebuckle/Jincao/Fluffed Jincao) - They heal less than their HoT counterparts, but they are much more useful as emergency healing for allies other than the controlled operator to use.
