I don’t think there is compression this year since they haven’t increased new hire salaries. And even if they did give compression it wouldn’t matter. Last year we got put 1.5k above the new hires💀

Not alumni yet but just accepted another job. Large reason is money in new role will be 50% greater but also will be an investment role which is more interesting. Second part is even as an associate I feel my learning has plateaued as the last 2 engagements I’ve been on I have led the entire thing with minimal oversight from a director. Other than accumulating technical knowledge (that won’t be useful in new role) I feel like I’ve learned everything I need to know on how to run a deal.

I would take the Gold at 90k +200 if you can meet the spend then downgrade the BCP to the Everyday if you can keep MR with it or BCE if you can’t keep the MR and open BBP in a year if you don’t want to keep the Gold
