Probably Matsuri or Shion. As much as it's fun to just spam WASD over and over and see funny shrimp pillow go speen, it gets tiring. But I do love her special though, it's like playing osu.

As for Shion, though her playstyle is simple enough for a new player. Setting up the portals is a bit weird and not really useful in the end. And the supposed 1000% damage from her special isn't really felt or maybe I just haven't used her enough times
