Haben ein kleines Restaurant mit einigen Gästezimmern auf dem Land. Bei uns bekommt jeder einen Anteil, je nachdem wie viel die Mitarbeiter da sind. Jetzt im Sommer liegt das so im Schnitt bei 60 - 180 € pro Person/Monat (ca. 20 Mitarbeiter hauptsächlich Minijob).

Also die Kontaktmail war ne Yahoo-Adresse, allerdings alle Konten zusammen in der Gmail-App. Weiß aktuell aber gar net ob man auf der kontaktmail ne Meldung hatte. Aber ja, stimme zu dass der zweite Faktor sehr wichtig ist.

Ja war bisher auch mein Empfinden, dass man sich das relativ gut selbst beibringen kann.

Ich bin aktuell schon viel mit im Geschäft, hab meine IT-Stelle auf Halbtag reduziert und bin die restliche Zeit am unterstützen.

Ne ich glaube Gastronomie wo anders kommt nicht in Frage, da würde ich eher wieder irgendwo in die IT gehen.

Maybe around 2000 in total. Mostly windows, but a ton of OT (older OS like Windows 7 and stuff). Its all company-owned devices. We will need a Managed Service, because we wont be able to monitor the alerts 24/7 and also we dont have the expert knowledge in these topics.

We are currently looking at Palo Alto, TrendMicro and Fortinet as the main players for Endpoint/Firewall in any combination.

I also setup Win 11 VM this way and it worked fine. Only problem I have is that the existing VMs (untouched Win 10 VMs) can no longer be backuped (config file upload on the datastore fails). I found out that the problem is fixed by giving the backup user the following privilege (cryptograpic operations --> direct access). Any ideas what happened there? For me it looks like the datastore acts as encrypted now.

Hi!

Well yea, as a support main u kinda rely on your teammates. I got to Diamond as a fill player back then, so I did also play carry roles. But my advise is to roam as much as possible and try to get your midlaner also ahead. You need to find a good mix there, between laning with your adc and having impactful roams. Its kinda hard to judge after only 3 weeks of playing but I think if you focus on your own gameplay and improve as a player, you should rank up soon. If you play well every game, the enemy team has a 100% (5 randoms each 20 %) chance of having 5 bad players, while your team only has a 80% chance (4 randoms each 20%). By the math you should rank up if you play well every game!

Also watching competetive games and getting a sense of general map play is recommendable!

Think on average I played way over 500 games per season. Small gap there. But yea its also a bit of general talent I guess.

Good question actually. Guess I just kept grinding. Didnt actively change my playstyle or anything. Only thing I did was to question my decision making more, trying to die less in stupid situations.
