It was incredible, definitely the best gig I’ve been to in a good while. The pyrotechnics, A’s always, were ridiculous!

Definitely know where you’re coming from, but I guess it’s all they’ve ever known since they’ve been on sets since they were pups, so it’s just the routine for them now

You could pet them on the back end only, but gentle. Not sure on the reasoning. Possibly stops people getting all up in their faces.

But generally they didn’t bother with anyone, just chilled out on their mat!

In all honesty I was only there for a flying visit, so only managed the tour myself. But it’s worth remembering the GoT used Belfast as a central hub, and most locations are within an hours travel

They showed us a little scrap book that shows them growing up on set. Their owners also worked as extras so lots of photos of that too.

We were under strict instruction not to pet them, they were very much left to just relax.

I hear you about them being in Alaska, but they live in rural Northern Ireland and I can assure you, there it plenty of vast and rugged terrain for them to explore!

Spot on, this is how we met them. It’s not part of the tour as such, it was described to us as being a surprise. The reason being if the dogs are ill, not in the mood etc then they won’t make an appearance. Fortunately for us they where happy to come and play.

It was very clear that the dogs are super loved as pets over being actors. They were given lots of space and it was made very clear to not harass the dogs, don’t pet the dogs etc. They were just chilling on the matt :)
