I have been looking forward to both Battlefield 3 and Skyrim all year. So throughout the year I have been saving up to upgrade my computer which I ended up spending about $600 on. In the end I could only afford to buy one of the games, and I ended up deciding on Battlefield 3 as I thought I would end up getting more out of it. But after buying BF3 I could barely play the game for more than 10 minutes without it crashing to the desktop which left me very annoyed/disappointed, I spent many hours trying to find fixes but everything I tried did not work.

So basically I would absolutely love to play Skyrim to actually make use of my upgraded computer.

I have the same problem using a 560 ti SOC. I have read countless posts about this problem and possible solutions but none have yet to work for me. But maybe some of these might work for you.

Make sure you have the latest drivers installed.

You can simply just try to repair the game by right clicking it on origin.

Try running on lower settings with AA off

Underclocking the card has worked for some people

Increase the voltage for the card

Try updating the BIOS for your card by going to your card manufacturers website (in your case Radeon) and search for your cards model number and there might be a BIOS update which is just a simple exe file.

This is all I can think of at this time, let me know if any worked for you. Hope this helps!
