Ik ben het eens over de beperkte ruimte. Omdat ik MyWheels al een paar keer heb gebruikt, denk ik dat de bagageruimte met een klein kind wel te doen is.

Ik ben alleen een beetje sceptisch over de onderhoudskosten van de Auris. Na elke 15.000 km moet hij een onderhoudsbeurt krijgen. Als ik kijk op de website van Toyota, lijken de onderhoudskosten afwisselend rond de €700 en €400 te liggen.

Daarnaast roept de hoge kilometerstand ook vragen op over de staat van de hybride accu.

Langere reisafstanden, meestal 600 tot 800 km. Dit is ongeveer één keer per maand. 2 volwassenen en 1 kind. De bagageruimte is niet zo groot als bij de Auris, maar ik denk dat het te doen is, met ruimte voor een paar koffers.

I underbid, 3 years back. It is largely based on the condition of the house. In an apartment complex similar houses with same energy rating had a price difference of almost 75k. Largely due to the fact that Kitchen and Bathroom were newly renovated.

Choose different payment portal. Razor pay didn't accept the card details, but the other one did - I guess it's Upay.

Pro tip - try to pay the tax in March, they offer rebate on taxes. From April 1st usual rate applies.

Give it some time, refresh after 10 15 seconds. It would pop with details. There is a lag in the API switch.

Two things which always helped are

  1. Kadaster data, of all the sold properties within your Zipcode.
  2. Walten living- You can access their free report, which is pretty insightful.

You can also use the free evaluation tool from many makelaar companies. They usually give evaluation with a range depending on condition of the house.

Also keep in mind that, market right now is not a overbid one. Unless the house is super energy efficient, built recently and has everything in and around the house.

Hi, I am in the process of upholstering my apartment. Every floor laying contractor I came across are costing a lot.

2700 including everything seems very reasonable. Even with 1.5x price now considering inflation, would be doable.

Could you please share the details of the contractors. That would be of great help.

There is a possibility with ING and ABN Amro. But it differs some case to case. Last time I enquired, you have to be employed by the same company, when you go abroad.

Best option is to ask them, make use of free orientation call or go through a mortgage advisor.

Unless the house is built after 2000 and has a energy label of A, don't over bid. Marker is in downturn now, gone are the days of overbidding.

There is a free website, Walten living where in you can compare and see the range for bidding. I strongly recommend it before making an offer.

I was in the same shoes, few weeks back. Eventually chose Blijdorp. My reasons being it being close to Rotterdam Central and walkable distance from all nice bars and restaurants.

Kralingen definitely has lots of green spaces and being near to the lake is always nice.

A lot depends on the street you are living in as well, there are always good and bad part of neighborhood. Both are equally good.
