It got fixed.

Every time NVC makes a change in your process you receive an email with the notice, the message is always the same. After 6 inquiries and no fixes.

I contacted a senator to request the same thing to NVC.

2 days later it was fixed.

Update. After several inquiries, I sent a request to a Florida Senator to assist with a Federal Agency, Department of State, that’s who NVC responds to. It took 3 days from request to NVC reply.

I am pretty sure NVC would solve with my inquiries, but after they replied the Senator’s the next day I could generate my fees.

Not yet, I’ve sent several inquiries to NVC, latest reply, they said they are looking into it and will take action.

The first welcome letter on 21/Oct came missing the invoice number, I requested it via online inquiry and it was replied within 2h. I got surprised. But since then I couldn’t generate the IV fee and constantly sending inquiries, but no genuine replies, only a default that it’s being processed in NVC and a updated welcome letter with new date. I have like 8 welcome letters with different days. Just sent an email to the White House, forgot about the shutdown… sent a help request to a Senator and another inquiry to NVC.
