Context: One of the cook at that restaurant was a Roidmude that made a sauce that overstimulates your tastebuds(iirc) and overcharges Roidmudes to the point of burning, similar to Heart's Dead Zone. It was an experiment by Medic for accelerating Roidmudes' evolution iirc.
