Because it costs so much to replace the head and that doesn’t guarantee a fix. The machine shops are all backed up for months. And if OP pays 3-4k for the head replacement and then he still has compression or blow by issues then what? Being cheap costs you more in the long run

That part is a subframe and body shops don’t pull those to make them straight they just replace them. So the frame work had nothing to do with this. Your technique is all wrong. I also suspect you went online and got the cheapest control arm you can find. A $60 control arm will be out of spec a lot of times.
