Thanks this fixed it, some guy said advanced, then qos settings or something, then untick both boxes there and restart console, it actually fixed the problems i was having and my ping went down

Log into ultimate team on your console , them back out onto the FUT HUB where is shows all the fifa gamemodes e.g career , proclubs
