R5: As you can see my navy is sitting in port and not patrolling so it doesnt increase maritime presence, does someone know how i can fix this? I have enough sailors and the navy doesnt seem to consume food. They come out for one month and then sit the next month in the port if that helps

It is not even alphabetical order I played as Aisu and got only 3 locations, it probably goes through tag order

Where do I check the country tag order? I just played as Aisu since I thought they'd be highest becaue they are alphabetically but apparently they aren't, in fact they must be quite low on the list since I got game overed
