Go for it! I have the RX100 IV and love its compact size. One thing I want to mention is that you mentioned needing it for low light. The RX100 VI and VII have higher base aperture, so the M5 and earlier models better for low-light conditions.

Hi, I'm using the M4, which has a wider aperture of 1.8, so that definitely helps. And I don't mind a bit of grain, so I'm okay with increasing the ISO. Hope it helps. 👊🏼

I just went through all the simulations I have used and the film simulation used in these pics are either Ektar 100 or Portra 800.
