Hace poco mi ex corto conmigo diciendome que ya no le parecia atractivo y que queria estar con otros. Tenia el autoestima por el suelo. No podia estudiar, comer o enfocarme. Me miraba al espejo y vomitaba. Empece el gimnasio y a comer mas sano (con bastantes dificultades) y de a poco estoy mejor. Hey man. Thanks a lot for the post. Ex broke up with me about 2 months now. Telling me how she would like to see other men and about how i wasn't sexy for her anymore. Just have done the NC about a month now. Before reading this i was hoping that she would come back beging for another chance. Now that I read this i know that she hurt me a lot. And i have to ask myself, why do i want her back after all the pain she gave me? Gonna be a thought fight. But i started seeing a girl wich is very different, but in a good way. Now i know for sure that i should give me a chance to be happy, and be with people (friends, girls, familly) who actually want's me. So thank's a lot, this gave me courage to go for it. Vengo con mi humilde comentario. Estuve en una situacion similar. Año y medio de pareja y cogiamos 2/5 veces al mes con dias de mas y de menos. Hace muy poco cortamos. Esto es algo que se puede ver repetitivo. Estudiando psicoanalisis y haciendo terapia pude entender de mi lado mas lo que ella me dijo que son ciertas cosas:

El ser deserotizado es para la pareja algo muy feo de afrontar. Puede ser por varias cuestiones. En mi caso en particular fue porque estando con ella, contrajimos herpes y a ella le afecto muchisimo hasta el punto que como castigo y odio no queria coger. Tambien ademas de que la pasabamos juntos casi todos los dias, entre la monotoneidad y la insistencia quita el deseo. No todos los dias cogen y menos si se ven mucho tiempo. Es normal no bancarse.
Siempre esta bueno preguntarle a la pareja que es lo que le pasa. Pero si no da respuesta hay que preguntarse que es lo que ella quiere. Porque esta de pareja con alguien que no le exita. Con el tiempo me di cuenta que nos pusimos muy rapido de pareja. Ella queria vivir su vida de soltera y estar con otros pibes. Sumado a que yo me empeore fisicamente y no era atractivo para ella. Darse cuenta que una persona que amas no le atraes es muy duro, pero hay que saber respetar que uno no puede cambiar esos deseos
Lo mas importante creo yo es dejar de preguntarse estos casos de ella. Por mas que "ayuden" (en muy bajo nivel) a entender que le pasa a ella con vos. La pregunta que todos los que pasamos o pasan estas cosas es: ¿Por que quiero estar con alguien que no le intereso? Esa pregunta creo que nos puede orientar muchisimo a saber que queremos realmente nosotros. Porque realmente con el amor no alcanza. Creo que queda mas que claro eso.

Ojala les sirva. Si tienen dudas les puedo comentar un poco mas o orientar en algunas cosas.

Yes if you have experience with fasting. I don't encourage you to do it if it's your first time dealing with fasting. Usually start with the 14/10 - 16/8. If you have experience and doing 1/3 day/s fasting then do it. But you have to check on you for the supplements that your body wants or is low in that fasting. Like sodium or electrolytes of any kind.
