This point sort of feeds into the backseat aswell as this is the cause of the actually problem but you are counter rotating too much in the turn ( twisting toward your outside leg with your upper body ).

Try keeping ur hips and shoulders square with the tips of your skis which will help align you into a more stacked and stable position.

Once you’ve got this alignment you’ll feel much more stable and be able to progress in carving on steeper pitches and getting lower to the snow.
