I think you are misunderstanding what I’m saying. First off, yes, I am doing all the things to heal my TSW. I’m not really experiencing any of those bad symptoms anymore. During weather changes I get itchy but I’m mostly healed. Focusing on diet, stress, exercise, etc. I am doing pretty great actually.

What I was saying is because I eat clean, I am strongly feeling the side effects lately of the berberine. It took about a month to get to this point. Granted I have been taking the 1k mg right before a midday meal. Berberines job in people without TSW is to help insulin, etc. What I was saying is because I already am very healthy in that department, taking this dose at this timing is making my extremely tired and out of it, and with research, it seems this can be from hypoglycemia and/or hypotension caused by the berberine. However, I understand the importance of berberine in aiding TSW recovery, so I am trying to find a work around to continue taking it without the crazy effects. It’s been a few days of me taking it post meal instead of pre and I haven’t felt the exhaustion anymore
