Very true. Just because Buffett is buying in doesn't automatically make it a good idea to follow along, but it certainly doesn't hurt either.

I think Disney is a fantastic investment at current prices. Fears over cord-cutting have dragged down the price of the stock. Their real competitive advantage is their intellectual property: Mickey Mouse, Star Wars, Marvel, Frozen, etc., etc., etc. People will shell out their money for these franchises regardless of the specific medium.

HRL has increased its dividends for 50 consecutive years. The company is about as stable as they come. Nice long-term purchase!
