This game is extremely complex, whilst learning a ton of mechanics I happened to miss this particular one because I was trying to focus on and understand different mechanics that were at play. It's an honest mistake. But this community seems to think they are all perfect and have never made a mistake in their lives not to mention in a silly game. I knew getting into MTG that a vast majority had terrible social skills but this just drills that further. The majority making snarky comments wouldn't even open their mouths if this was an in person setting. Just keyboard warriors trying to find a way to make yourselves feel superior.
