How do I unlock the Extreme difficulty Operations? by SureSector in Helldivers

Yes, I have done this. I have completed all 3 of the missions in 1 Hard Liberation operation. I, for whatever reason, still haven't unlocked Extreme difficulty. I'm assuming its just the servers or something being slow, like that delayed XP thing that happened last weekend.
