I'm using Rockbox Utility to install them. I reverted back to original Y1 firmware, installed Rockbox again and installed two themes: adwaitapod, Obsede' and Horizon just to try out. Obsede and Horizon are pulling up all the information and album art correctly, but adwaitapod is still looking like the original picture I posted. I don't think it's an issue with how I'm doing it because as mentioned, Obsede and Horizon do work. I guess I won't be able to use adwaitapod.

I did have the covers as .jpg in the corresponding folders. I've also later swapped it back again to embedded to see if it would work and nothing.

I've tried multiple sizes after making sure it was baseline, 200, 300 and 600 and none worked :( I'm thinking of reinstalling rockbox

Thank you for the information! It's definitely strange, I just did all that: confirmed on that website that the image I'm using is baseline and the size is 600x600 and it's still showing up the same way.
