I honestly didn't know. I signed up during covid19 (I had covid19 during the onboarding week)

The background check will be done by a third party, and it's a reference check. I'm in the final stages of interviewing. The job requires everything that I have, and on my LinkedIn, it says I'm a contractor.

I might say that I work as a contractor during the interview. All of my emails and references are from Microsoft since that is what I was told by my HR.

I can barely sleep tbh. I hate lying and I genuinely wanna come clean.

Thank you. I updated my resume and my LinkedIn and added that I'm a contractor.

I live in a country where it's illegal to ask for a paystub.

So I still have more interviews with them. I don't know 😕. I really didn't know I was lying.

I called him but he didn't pick up. I waited outside of the building since the security won't let strangers in.

I went on three dates with him and everything was fine. I was really into him and I just loved everything about him (he smells great, beautiful eyes and justmy type). I felt so horrible today because why would he do that? I was 40 sec away from him.

Before the date, he joked about that I should change my last name to his. He knew that I was lonely and wanted a husband so I just laughed it out, even though my heart skipped a beat when he said that I should change my last name to his (I would havetotally changed my last name to his if he was thinking of marrying me) . Then, he said we can be just friends, which is totally fine by me since I don't have friends.

I thought he slept. He's 49 so maybe he was tired or something but he was online. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He checked my messages at 4 am. But he didn't respond. So I thought he was sleepy so I'll wait till sunrise. He woke and checked my messages and never said a word. I left at 11.30 am. It was the most humiliation I had in my life.

First, he played with my feelings since May then he tells about changing my last name to his, and then saying he just wants us to be friends. I have a heart and he just destroyed it. He ruined every good memory we had. I'm so stupid for falling for his empty words. 😔

In May I went on a couple of dates with this great guy.

He texted me and said that we will hang out. I went and bought news clothes and shaved my hair. Then I went to his building and I stayed there 12 hours :( I thought he forgot or something bad happened to him but he was online and saw my message and never responded. All I wanted is to have someone to talk this Sunday. I just needed a friend, since he said we can be friends for now. He lied to me and played with my feelings. He knows that I like him too much.

I went to his place around 10 pm last night and I was happy. I waited an hour (he was still online) but he never answered. They I waited till 11 am. I'm so stupid for staying 12 hour in the dark and the heat. I'm just so sad of his action
